  • Store Conduct: We sell humor, edge, and novelty. We expect our community to engage with our brand respectfully.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraud or unauthorized use of our intellectual property.

2. Return & Refund Policy: The Print-on-Demand Rule SpicyMike’s operates on a strict Print-on-Demand (POD) model. This means when you place an order, our printing partners create that specific item just for you. Because of this custom fulfillment process, our return rules are very specific:

  • No Buyer's Remorse Returns: Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind, order the wrong size, or prefer a different color. Please double-check our sizing charts before buying.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: We fully stand behind the quality of our products. If an item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.

  • The 14-Day Window: To claim a replacement for a defective item, you must contact us within 14 days of the product's delivery date. You must provide clear photographic proof of the defect so we can submit it to our printing partners.

3. Privacy Policy: How We Handle Your Data We respect your privacy as much as we respect a good novelty tee. Here is exactly how we handle your information:

  • Order Processing: We collect your name, shipping address, and payment information solely to fulfill your order and get your items to your door. We share this specific shipping data with our POD partners (like Printify) exclusively for fulfillment purposes.

  • "Tasty Emails" Marketing: If you opt-in to our newsletter, we use your email to send you updates, new design drops, and promotions. You can unsubscribe from these "Tasty Emails" at any time using the link at the bottom of the email.

  • No Data Selling: SpicyMike’s never sells, rents, or trades your personal data to third-party data brokers. Period.

  • Standard production takes 2 to 5 business days.

  • Standard transit takes 3 to 7 business days.
